PREVENTIVE AND HEALING HOLISTIC / FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE CANCER MEASURES

About 40 % of us is going to get cancer and 39 % of the cancer patients shall die of it, according to existing late statistics. The healing percentage has not really improved since the last 30 years despite of opposite manipulative information spread by the pharmaceutical companies.
BUT….Cancers can be prevented. Cancers can usually be healed with functional medicine.  This science is known, proven and tested.
MD Alex Gerson healed in the 1950´s over 50 % of stage 4 cancer patients. We know his therapy and now also new healing remedies that can be used together so called GERSON METHOD.

Cancer is a degenerative illness and the tumor is a symptom. Different cancers result from different factors even if there are surely also common influencers too.
In each cancer case it is important to understand the originating metabolism details dealing with that particular cancer case.

Conventional school medicine cancer treatments do not go to the root causes of the cancer but they may be long lasting, weakening, expensive, stressing and they do not usually kill the cancer stem cells. That is why tumor often grows back and even more aggressively, because the body is weakened due to weakening chemo- and radiation treatments. Chemotherapy chemicals are carcinogens themselves. Mammography increases cancer risk itself because of radiation.
Often cancer seems to disappear for a while after traditional treatments. Then it comes back but its genetic base has changed and so it´s much more resistant to cytostatic medicines than before. Many patients die in this “second wave”. Using this program may prevent cancer from coming back after the “first wave”.

The pharmaceutical industry has protected its most profitable source of income very well. In many countries (EU included) it’s forbidden for an MD to treat cancer patients with any other means than radiation, chemotherapy and surgery.
Grown up individuals can, however, eat whatever food they want and do whatever remedies they want to him/her selves.  

With this list of remedies, life style and preventive measures if followed carefully, it´s very possible to prevent and even heal cancer successfully. 

1. THINGS TO DO IF YOU WANT TO AVOID FALLING ILL WITH CANCER

  • Eliminate home toxic chemicals (household-/food-/amalgam-/antiperspirants/pesticides, fungicides /herbicides etc.) to your body.
  • Eliminate known carcinogens to you (it is a long list of possible factors, see the Gerson cancer therapies)
  • Eliminate poor foods like white sugar, white flower, processed foods, normal industrial sea salt, cheap hot processed vegetable oils, MSG (mono sodium glutamate) off from your daily life.
  • Eliminate alcohol, narcotics and all drugs which are not absolutely necessary.
  • Eliminate grain – produced red meat from your diet; leave only grass fed organic meat products.
  • Eliminate tight clothes that cause disturbance to your skin/soft tissue circulation. Do not use bra regularly. Pressure mixes up the circulation and metabolism in the breast. Sleep nude. Lymphatic liquid is 12-15 liters and blood 4-5 liters. Only artery circulation (1-2 liters) is pumped by the heart. All other liquids move because of the body movements and pressure changes in the soft tissues. Any even slightly tight clothes or muscles tensions stop or disturb the important liquid circulation and oxidization of the tissues. Red lines on the skin from the underwear/socks, shoes, belts, bra etc. are typically revealing the problem.
  • Eliminate all nutrition deficiencies in your body with clean genuine foods, preferably organic, especially high nutrition content foods (super foods) and carefully planned supplements.
  • Eat vitamin D3 (100- 250 mcg, if you have cancer the vit. D level in the blood should be 120 – 250 nmol/l), vitamin E 50 mg,  vitamin C (1 -12 g), Se (200 – 300 mcg), Zn (25 mg), Cu 3 mg, Mg (2 x 300 mg), strong multivitamin B, Take also other antioxidants like Vitamin K, resveratrol, carotenoids (carrots) and lycopene (tomatoes) are very beneficial for the prostate risk.
  • Test and eliminate harmful earth radiation from your sleeping and work desk sites. A “well watcher” can measure this.
  • Minimize the EMF (electromagnetic fiends) as much as possible (smartphone, WLAN, microwave). Radiation from wireless devices has been connected to several types of cancer like colon-, intestine-, heart- and brain cancers. Work cable connected if possible and keep the mobile, as routine, 2-4 m off from the body. Answer the phone calls with blue tooth and handle your phone only as little as possible. For SOME and internet browsing have a table computer work station with good overall ergonomics.

3. GENERALLY HEALTHY AND ALSO CANCER FIGHTING MEASURES

  • Enforce and strengthen your immune defense system whatever way you can, what is listed below and learn more too. Here humor is very good and other actions that activate good “happy hormones” (oxytocin, serotonin, dobammin  and numerous endorphins,
  • Sleep good long nights starting about 22.00.
  • Use sauna regularly and choose the best sauna available: wood heating, cooling swim place, good porch to relax after swim/ dip, good ventilation, no need to wear pressing (blocking circulation), sweaty  and uncomfortable clothes
  • Get yourself good gut bacteria (microbiome).  Eat lots of fiber (50 g / 100 kcal) and probiotics: VSL3 = Vivomix, natural organic yoghurt, sour grout, natto (= fermented Japanese soy food), other fermented vegetables. When boosting gut bacteria you also boost immune system that kills cancer cells (T cells and  and cytotoxic T lymphocytes = 2  type of immune cells made in the gut that kill cancer cells). Probiotics are especially effective in colorectal cancers.  
  • Degrease your stress (and stress hormones) to easily tolerable level by having sauna (real health booster), massage, humor, sex, social connections, music, dance, exercise, yoga, stretching etc. 
  • Learn deep and relaxed breathing which is rhythm based with your body movements. Oxygen is important for oxidation and Ph. in the body. Exercise, stretch and massage muscle tension away from you upper body that prevent free chest movements.
  • Start using a saddle chair with divided seat in all of your sitting (and lift up trousers before you sit down to make the trousers loose under the pelvic) especially if you have a increased prostate size (normal healthy is 10-12 g), prostate cancer or elevated (more than 1) PSA values. With the use of an e-table (electronically height adjustable table) with elbow supports and loose clothes (without any tight/circulation stopping parts) maintain high level of oxygen intake, circulation (also in the genitals and inside the pelvic), lymphatic circulation and good overall metabolism. Watch TV on your back (then you do not put pressure on the pelvic floor where it spreads into the pelvic and prostate area) or slowly exercising while watching.

  • Clean up your body from heavy metals by first testing them (from neck hair). Use selenium 200- 300 mcg (etc.) for cleanup.

  • Start living on ketogenic / low carbon hydrate diet, which is keeping your blood sugar steady, inflammations in the body degrease, body weight becomes normal, and has positive and healthy hormonal impacts as well.       value / EPA fat acid is max 3. If the ratio is too high, degrease omega- 6 fat intake and increase omega 3 intake.
  • Balance homocysteine value (harmful protein) to be 7 or less.  B6 (6 mcg), B12 (1 mg) and folic acid (800 mcg) help you to do this.  Also decreasing meat and animal proteins including cheese works this way.
  • Sunbathe but do not burn your skin. Do not use sun oils. Rather put the clothes on when the skin has got enough. Sunbathe only every other day. Then your skin can absorb and balans after the best way.             
  • Move 1-3 hours every day in a peaceful and refreshing way rather in several periods and rather in the forest if you can (forest bacteria influence is good for us).
  • Train you muscles with the goal of good muscle mass to improve the inner metabolic impact that muscles have for your metabolism.

4.  IMMUNE RESISTANCE IMPROVERS FOR CANCER PATIENTS

  • Make your body more alkaline with berries, fruits and vegetables. Make over 70 % of the weight of your food from fresh vegetation food. Eat these min. 1 kg / day.

You can get all the healthy biomaterials from the plants when you juice them (select potassium rich plants) with a strong juicer. Our digestive liquids cannot digest many of the vegetable cells and so we miss much of them only by chewing.

  • Drink green tee along the day several cups. It also keeps kidneys in order.
