Salli shall improve circulation with:
- Open angles in hips and knees, less pressure to the vessels and cartilage
- Mobility in the whole middle body by unnoticeable and subconscious micro swaying movements
- With roll and reach that activates the leg soft tissues and shoulder / arm soft tissues when using them more actively
- Easy getting and moving from higher chair that strains the knees much less than 90/90 chair in getting up
- By activating the gut movements with sway movement and better posture and muscle activity in rolling and reaching
- Brain circulation with better neck posture
- Abdominal cavity circulations with deeper breathing which can and will happen better
On top of these we recommend seriously:
- to stand 10- 30 % of the time in 10 – 20 min bits and have an activating standing board too.
- To do “walk and talk” in the phone or with another person
- To find “excuses” to go and move along the day 1 time / hour
- To avoid ALL tight clothes underwear included and recommend people to leave underwear off if possible, for their mind
The healthy clothing for tissues and sitting jobs are:
- For women dresses with lower part openness enough to sit on Salli comfortably
- Soft leggings which surely do not press at all
- Sandals with totally not pressing socks or rather no socks at all
- For men and women trousers or shorts which are not tight anywhere while sitting
Poor function clothes to avoid:
- Underwear, socks, shoes, bra which have caused marks on the skin which are visible after undressing
- Belts
- Trousers which get tight while sitting on the thighs, buttocks or on the groin
