METHODS TO COMBAT MICROPLASTICS AND OTHER EDCs (Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals)

According to current knowledge, microplastics and EDC chemicals cause dozens of serious health issues, ranging from obesity and memory disorders to hormonal disruption, tumours, and many other ailments.

By adjusting lifestyle and consumption habits, it is possible to prevent and significantly reduce the entry of these hazardous and undoubtedly harmful chemicals into the body:

1. Ensure high-quality indoor air at home and in your workplace. Continuously or frequently re-move dust by keeping windows and doors open or by maintaining an as dust-free environment as possible. A high-quality, quiet, 24/7 air purifier is a good solution.

2. Avoid fast food and junk food, and refrain from using their packaging. Eat your food on a ce-ramic plate.

3. Do not use sea salt; instead, opt for rock salt.

4. Remember that heating, acidity, and solvents increase the release of microplastics.

5. Try to transition to a plastic-free or low-plastic lifestyle wherever possible.

6. Do not use plastic drinking bottles or give plastic toys or baby bottles to your child.

7. Do not consume regular chewing gum, as its main ingredient—gum base—is largely plastic.

8. Do not use tampons or disposable menstrual products; instead, choose a plastic-free men-strual cup.

9. Avoid hair dyeing and minimize cosmetic use. Over half of lipsticks contain lead, for example.

10. If you must heat food in the microwave, do not use plastic wrap, plastic containers, or plastic-coated paper.

11. Remove plastic items from your kitchen that come into contact with food, such as plastic stor-age containers, plastic bowls, plastic cutting boards, plastic utensils, and plastic cookware. Replace them with wood, stainless steel, or glass.

12. Try to eliminate flame retardant chemicals from your home and furniture. Seek expert advice on this.

13. Remove non-stick cookware from your kitchen. The coating chemicals are hazardous to health and the environment, and these chemicals never degrade.

14. Avoid plastic bags when picking up groceries, and rinse all food items packaged in plastic once you get home before storing them.

15. Test the purity of your drinking water and install a good water filter if microplastics are present.

16. Avoid daily cosmetic use. Verify from independent sources that your cosmetics are safe.

17. Replace synthetic fiber bedding and clothing with natural fibers. Wash new cotton fabrics sev-eral times to remove the high levels of chemicals present in them.

18. Use only natural substances (such as lemon, baking soda, and alcohol) for cleaning and laun-dry. See how well you can manage with warm water and a good brush or cloth.

19. If you must handle agricultural, forestry, or industrial chemicals, protect yourself as effectively as possible.

20. Always read product labels carefully and understand the chemicals behind different packaging materials and their safety or hazards.

Methods for Removing Microplastics and Harmful Chemicals from the Body:

a) A high-fiber diet that promotes rapid bowel movements (e.g., emptying 2 times per day). b) Exercise, sauna use, and sweating. c) A healthy, thick skin structure (hardened by temperature variations) with intact outer layers.

d) A well-functioning microfluidic circulation and immune system, including healthy lymph nodes. e) Strong antioxidant protection obtained through an antioxidant-rich diet and supplements.

If you have children at home, be even more determined in your prevention efforts.
